Quest : On road to Arsinoé, the City
Prerequisites : 2.3- Undead Rising in Kiman Farès
Context :
Access to Arsinoe requires a permit from city authorities. Unfortunately the authorities don't gives them anymore. The chief Pevnec said you that he had a contact who can provide you an authorization.
Progress :
1- Chief Pevnec said you to contact his friend in Euhéméria, Philerme. Back in the forest of Kiman Fares [ars_fild01] then take the north-west road. Here you are in the City of Magic, Euhéméria [ars_fild05] The hostel is located in [ars_fild05,206,193], inside you will find Philerme, give him the letter of Pevnec [ars_in01,220,57].
2- Now you need materials to make false papers. You need ink and paper that can provide Raichor in the port city of Thebes. Return to Soknobeus [ars_fild03] then take the south-east road. You're in the Thebaide Jungle [ars_fild17], go east and you arrive in the area of the city of Thebaide [ars_fild18]. Raichor is located near the port. [ars_fild18,153,49]
3- Here things get complicated ... You must reach the farm Eupator [ars_fild19] but the tunnel is blocked you will have to travel around the mountain through the Bacchias Mounts. Return to Euhéméria then head towards the Northeast. You are now at the Abbey of Feymour [ars_fild07], continue east to reach the Citadel of Light [ars_fild16]. You have finally reached the Eupator farm ! Rick Eupator [ars_fild19,137,128] to propose refinement of the ink if you bring 140 units of octopus forests ink.
4- Octopuses are around the farm. Once the 140 units of ink go talk to Rick Eupator, he will them into a Purified Ink Vermillion. Bring ink to Raichor [ars_fild18,153,49].
